How long does shipping take?
Orders are hand-packed and dispatched within a few business days from Shanghai. International delivery to the U.S. and Canada generally takes around 1–3 weeks, depending on customs. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Almost — but not identical. Natural stones and handmade glass beads vary in shape and shade, so each piece is subtly one of a kind. We photograph our work in natural light to show the colours as honestly as we can.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Keep it away from water, perfume and lotions, and store it in its kraft pouch when not wearing it. Gold-tone pieces are best kept dry to stay bright for years.
