These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of eshoo.shop and any purchase you make from E-Shoo (“E-Shoo”, “we”, “us”), a small handmade-jewelry studio based in Shanghai, China. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

Products and ordering

All pieces are handmade in small batches. Hand-finished glass beads vary slightly in colour and shape, and the colours shown on your screen may differ slightly from the item you receive; these variations are characteristic of handmade goods and not defects. We try to keep product descriptions, pricing and stock accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, limit quantities and to cancel or decline any order (for example due to stock, pricing error or suspected fraud); if we cancel a charged order, we will issue a full refund.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation; until then we may decline the order.

Pricing, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Product prices do not include shipping, which is added at checkout. Any sales tax, VAT or import duties that apply in your location are either calculated at checkout or remain the responsibility of the recipient as described in our Shipping & Returns policy. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed securely by our payment providers.

Shipping, delivery and returns

Delivery times, shipping rates, customs, and our returns and exchanges policy are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk of loss and ownership pass to you once the carrier collects the parcel.

Use of the products

Our jewelry is fashion jewelry with gold-tone/brass-tone metal findings rather than solid gold or silver. It is not a toy: pieces contain small parts that can be a choking hazard, and should be kept away from young children. If you have sensitive skin or metal allergies, please review the materials listed on each product page. We make no medical or therapeutic claims for any stone or material.

Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including designs, photographs, videos, text, logos and the E-Shoo name — is owned by or licensed to E-Shoo and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use our content without our written permission.

Third-party links and services

The Website may contain links to third-party sites and relies on third-party payment and delivery services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties, whose own terms and policies apply.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Website and products are provided on an “as is” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, E-Shoo is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses; our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the seller’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. If anything is wrong, please contact us first at [email protected] and we will try to resolve it in good faith. Nothing in these Terms removes the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.

Changes, severability and entire agreement

We may update these Terms at any time; the version in force when you order applies to that order. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Shipping & Returns and Privacy policies, form the entire agreement for your purchase.
