Processing time
Every E-Shoo piece is made or finished by hand in our Shanghai studio. In-stock pieces are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During a busy launch or for a piece made to order, please allow up to 5 business days before dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.
Shipping rates & estimated delivery
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Rates are calculated and shown at checkout.

These are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees; occasional delays can happen due to customs, weather or postal volume. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or Chinese public holidays.
Customs, duties & import taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We are unable to predict these amounts, as they vary by country and order value.
Delayed or missing packages
If tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, or your package appears to be lost, please email [email protected] with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work with you to resolve it. Please double-check the shipping address at checkout, as we cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped.
Returns & exchanges
We hope you love your piece. If something is not quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn and returned in its original kraft pouch and packaging.
- Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
- Custom wrist sizes are made to order — please measure carefully, but custom pieces can still be returned or exchanged within 14 days if they don’t fit.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, in which case we will cover it.
- Sale or discounted items are final sale unless faulty.
To start a return or exchange, email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for return. Approved returns should be sent back with a tracked service. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds for returned goods are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (your bank may take a little longer to post the credit). Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or faulty items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We will make it right with a repair, replacement or refund, and cover the return costs for confirmed faults.
A note on handmade pieces
Hand-finished glass beads vary slightly in colour, shape and texture, and metal components carry a gold-tone or silver-tone finish rather than solid gold or silver. These small differences are part of a handmade piece and are not considered faults.
